To the Editor,

During Agriculture Literacy Week, November 13 to 17, Pettee Memorial Library hosted a showing of the documentary “Vermont Kids: Rooted in the Earth.”

We would like to thank the members of the Wilmington family farms and 4-H members who came and shared their farm experiences with us in the discussion that followed. Special thanks go out to Rob Wheeler for supplying Vermont cheddar cheese for our refreshments, Janet and Bucky Boyd, Ryan and Izzy Boyd, Shiane Wheeler, and and Cece Allembert. We loved hearing about all that farms and farm programs mean to you.
