Brattleboro- Living with cancer can feel like a high-tension balancing act. But three upcoming “Circus for Survivors” workshops will involve nothing but laughter and fun.

Following the success of three workshops held last fall, Forest Moon: Celebrating Cancer Survivorship and the New England Center for Circus Arts will present three “Circus for Survivors” workshops on February 16, April 6, and May 18. The May workshop is a special family session open to adults and children 9 years and up.

The sessions are free and open to anyone living with a cancer diagnosis at any stage. Participants may come alone or bring a family member or friend. The programs will include juggling, low balancing wires, and the use of aerial fabrics and trapezes. Space is limited and preregistration is required. Activities will be suitable for all abilities and are wheelchair accessible. All three sessions will be held from 2:30-4:30 pm at NECCA at 74 Cotton Mill Hill. To register call or email Pam Roberts, (413) 625-2402 or
