Rev. Jeannine Bakriges, a spiritual teacher and certified psychic medium, will offer a group reading as a fundraiser for The Gathering Place, senior and disabled adult day center.
Everyone attending will be in the same room together as messages are relayed. It’s important to note that not everyone will be guaranteed a personal message during the event, but all may find the experience to be interesting, helpful, meaningful, and perhaps even healing.
Bakriges received her training and ordination as a spiritualist minister from Fellowship of the Spirit in Lily Dale, NY. An engaging and informative speaker, she is a certified metaphysician, clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient, and an empath. She is the author of the book “Under the Wings of Spirit - A Conversation Between Two Mediums.”
Mediums are conduits to spirit guides and crossed-over spirits, helping people communicate with their loved ones in the afterlife, and who also encourage people to develop their own psychic gifts.
The Gathering Place has been serving seniors and adults with disabilities in Windham County since 1989 in their center in Brattleboro. Their new satellite location will be housed in what once was First Wok in Mountain Park Plazar. Their services offer a wide range of home- and center-based assistance for long- and short-term care including respite for caregivers that are visitors or residents of the valley. Doors open at 6:45 pm and complimentary desserts will be served throughout the evening. Suggested donation of $25 will be collected at the door. The event starts at 7 pm. Those who come in costume will be entered into a raffle to win a free, private, 30-minute psychic mediumship or tarot reading to be facilitated in the future by Bakriges by either phone or Skype.
