Description:

Times are tough....so why not save a little money and have fun at the same time?

Every Thursday afternoon and Saturday afternoon at 11:00am for two 1-hour courses includes self-prepared lunch.  First class will show you how to make ravioli (including filling), linguini and other "ini"s, gnocchi, and/or spaetzel.  Lunch, then second course will teach you how to make base sauces, dressings, and soups.  By the end you'll have enough instruction to build off of these sauces to make hundreds of your own!  We even give you a pasta roller to get you started!  Instruction will be overseen by Chef Ismail Samad of The Wilmington Inn & Tavern at a TBD location.  Call John at The Wilmington Inn at 802 464-3768 to make reservations.  May 10th through June 30th, every Thu and Sat only.
