Twin Valley Jr. Iron Chef will host Alonzo's Night on Saturday, January 25th. The student chefs will recreate many of the menu items from Alonzo's Pasta & Grille including Straw & Hay Pasta, "fall off the bone" Honey Babyback Ribs and Oreo Tiramisu. Twin Valley Jr. Iron Chef teams will also be sampling this year's tournament entries as appetizers. This is the student chef's main fund raiser for their trip to Burlington to defend their title (that's 11 titles actually) so please come and enjoy great food and great kids! The cost for this 5 course meal is $20 adult, $10 children 12 and under. Service is at 6:00 at the Whitingham School. Reservations are appreciated, 368-2880.
