Article 1: To see if the Town supports appropriating $185,000 out of the FY 07 Excess of Cash Receipts Over Cash Disbursements to the Garage Capital Reserve Fund.

Article 2: To see if the Town supports reallocating the balance of the Wilmington Child Equal Opportunity Reserve Fund (approximately $16,760) to the Garage Capital Reserve Fund.
